My bot has stopped. Why did my session end?

If you can’t see your running GTR Bot session in your dashboard,

- Refresh the page firstly. If you see any notice about server / connection interruption, please follow the instructions in the notice.

- If you notified by Telegram about the outage, please follow the instructions in the message.

- If you are taking the hourly periodical Telegram notifications, that means your GTR Bot session is not stopped but you can’t reach it. Wait a while and try again please.

- If your bot has stopped due to the expiry of the payment date (or your credit ran out), you will get a notification via Telegram.
